OUR
UNITY LONG LIVE!
LONG LIVE AIBOC!!
MANAGEMENT’S
UNILATERAL ACTIONS CONTINUE
EMERGENCY
MEETING OF THE OFFICE BEARERS
In
yet another glaring display of unilateralism, our management is
reportedly proceeding with the merger of Some Zones in the name of
restructuring which leads to only artificial solution and
multiplication of higher level executives. In spite of the strong
protest by the majority Officers’ and Employees organizations, our
management is proceeding with the agenda of merger of some Zones
bypassing the organizations and created a serious gap in the
confidence levels between the Trade unions & the management.
Friends,
our Federation has shown utmost restraint and has taken all possible
steps but the management does not appear to be serious and sincere.
Our Federation has been forced to wall
Under
these circumstances an emergency meeting of the selected office
bearers of the Federation would be held at our Federation office,
Mumbai on Thursday, the 20th
March, 2014 to decide further course of actions including
organizational actions to protect the interest of the officers”
Please
await our further circulars.
WITH
WARM GREETINGS
Yours
Sincerely,
(N.SAKETHRAM)
