The Promotion Process for Officers has been
initiated by Central office and the tentative date for online written test is
fixed on 23/03/2014. It is further
informed that the application is proposed to be received through on line.
In this regard, we wish to inform all our
members that as per the Government guidelines, the Annual Performance Appraisal
Review Rating for immediate 5 preceding financial years shall be reckoned and
average on the same will be considered for promotion in respect of all scales
(Mainstream and Specialist Category).
Hence, those who wish to appear for the
promotion process may submit their Performance appraisal for the 5 preceding
years at the earliest. The Performance
appraisal for the year 2013-14 will have to be submitted in HRMS only.
